As seating at the Brangwyn Hall is limited, we can only guarantee a maximum of two guest tickets. If there are spare seats available, any additional tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis on the day of your ceremony. Any additional guests will not be seated with the first two. The Graduation Celebration is a family occasion and children are welcome to attend. Children who require a seat will need to be included within your guest list allocation.
Please note that guests will be sat in a different area and are unable to be seated with Graduates.
Please select the number of guests you intend to bring with you from zero to a maximum of four. Please note that, as indicated above, only two of your guests will be guaranteed a seat.
If you have requested a Visa invitation letter for you or your guest(s), this will be sent via email after you have confirmed your attendance. The Visa application process does not require that your guests’ names are printed on the Visa invitation letter from the University of Wales. Your letter will indicate that you and up to four guests are invited to attend the Graduation Celebration.
